can’t u tell ? by maxime.

With dazed synth and effervescent beats, “can’t u tell ?” finds maxime. surrounded by his own pain without anyone listening to him. Lyrically maxime. is on a downward spiral, fighting as he is pushed down harder by the words of someone close to him throughout the song. As he thinks about what has been said to him and tries to find a saving grace of understanding, the track shoots out his energy into a quick and explosive bedroom-pop track that ends on a sonic cliffhanger that demands you listen again.

Bored by Laken Lambson

Stuck in her own head and exhausted, Laken Lambson utilizes deep synth and upbeat drums to create the moody and energetic bedroom-pop single “Bored”. The lyrics find Lambson yearning for the respite that all of us desire on top of the opposing upbeat pulse of her own track, which almost pulls Lambson forward by the drum machine alone in many parts of the song. With such smooth flow and relatable lyrics, “Bored” is a must add to any bedroom-pop lover’s arsenal.

Lost Somebody Else by Gabriella Grace

The sonic love child of Phoebe Bridgers and Coldplay, singer-songwriter Gabriella Grace has hit a stride with new single “Lost Somebody Else”. An 80’s-inspired indie-pop track, “Lost Somebody Else” explores Grace’s struggles in her own relationships as she falls apart at the seams. With lyrical vulnerability juxtaposed by a neon sounding synth, “Lost Somebody Else” begs for dancing away the pain and releasing emotions in a distinctly technicolor frenzy.
